I liked the design but the fit was terrible. The company refused to exchange and it looks like USPS lost the package. No shirt no money
Hello Timothy, We’re so sorry for the issues with your return. We offered a full refund and not an exchange because you didn’t like the cut of the shirts you ordered. I.e. you said the torso fit well but the sleeves were too long on the long sleeve and too short on the short sleeve. Knowing this, a size exchange wouldn’t have helped (It simply would have made the torso too big or too small in your exchanged items.)
So instead we offered a full refund, including shipping, and sent a free return shipping label as well. At the time of you posting these reviews, the USPS tracking stated the package was never dropped off at the post office, so we had no way of knowing that you shipped the return in the first place, and you never reached out to tell us. We process our refunds when we see the return has been dropped off, in case the package is lost in transit or it takes longer than expected due to the USPS being overwhelmed.
You left one-star reviews instead of simply emailing us so we could address the problem. Then we reached out to you privately via email that we would process your refund even without documentation that your return had been sent, which we did, but never heard back from you. Now we’re the ones with no shirt and no money.
Again, we’re truly sorry for the issues with your order and will always do our best to provide the absolute best customer service possible if you simply give us the chance to.
These shirts are so comfortable. Also, as someone who has longer arms, I appreciated the fact that the sleeves on this one didn't shrink too much after being run through the wash and the dryer the first time out.
This is a beautiful shirt! It's so soft and the design is fantastic. I'm giving it as a gift and am very excited because I know he's going to love it! It looks like a generous cut so I think it should fit well.
